My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though conveniently located on the first floor, was in need of updating and had a damp, moldy smell. The service was polite and courteous, but there was some confusion over room pricing. The location, while great for my needs, had its share of challenges with scams targeting tired travelers. Overall, the facilities could use improvement.

However, the rooms were definitely occupied by smokers, and there was excessive noise in the early hours of the morning, which led me to contact the front desk. The service was friendly but left some things unattended to, like cleanliness. The dining options were a mix of good variety and disappointment.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and affordable, although they had an extremely strong smell of Febreze upon arrival. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, surpassing my expectations, though there were some areas like cleanliness and breakfast that were left unattended to. The location was great and convenient for my needs, right off the interstate and easy to find. The dining experience was surprisingly great, offering a variety of delicious options, despite some minor drawbacks. Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again.
